Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications with precision and provide comprehensive patient counseling on usage, side effects, and drug interactions
- Ensure strict adherence to pharmaceutical regulations, licensing requirements, and company compliance standards
- Optimize pharmacy operations including inventory management, stock rotation, and waste reduction
- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising of pharmaceutical and health-related products
- Implement and manage digital health services including online prescription processing and telehealth consultations
- Lead and mentor pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor and maintain a secure, compliant pharmacy environment with robust safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Valid Philippine Pharmacist License (PRC Board Passer)
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or clinical pharmacy setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patient-centered approach
- Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and digital health technologies
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in team management and performance coaching
