Tanggung Jawab
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to restore mobility and function
- Execute therapeutic exercises and modalities to reduce pain and improve physical capabilities
- Document patient progress and adjust interventions based on measurable outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with rehabilitation techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid PRC license to practice physical therapy in the Philippines
- Clinical experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
