Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Execute therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to restore mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions based on clinical outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate holistic care
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans and patient progress
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic protocols
Kualifikasi
- Valid Physical Therapist license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- 1+ years of clinical experience in outpatient/inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent communication skills with ability to educate diverse patient populations
- Certification in CPR or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
