Join Rural Bank Of Angeles, Inc. as a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and play a crucial role in our property valuation process. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in real estate appraisal to ensure accurate property valuations that support our lending decisions and financial services.
In this position, you will be responsible for conducting thorough property inspections, analyzing market data, and preparing comprehensive appraisal reports. Your expertise will directly impact our bank's ability to make informed lending decisions while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₱25,000 – ₱35,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in the banking and real estate sector. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough on-site property inspections to assess property condition, features, and improvements
- Analyze real estate market data, comparable sales, and property characteristics to determine accurate valuations
- Prepare detailed and comprehensive appraisal reports following industry standards and regulations
- Ensure timely review and approval processing of appraisal documentation
- Stay updated on current real estate market trends, regulations, and appraisal methodologies
- Collaborate with loan officers and other bank staff to provide valuation insights for lending decisions
- Maintain accurate records of all appraisals and documentation for compliance purposes
Kualifikasi
- Valid and current Real Estate Appraiser license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property valuation and appraisal
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of local real estate market conditions in Capas, Tarlac and surrounding areas
- Familiarity with appraisal software and industry-standard valuation methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
