Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the licensing application process for various business units
- Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for license renewals and new applications
- Monitor changes in regulations and update internal policies accordingly
- Liaise with internal departments to gather required information for licensing processes
- Track licensing deadlines and ensure timely submissions
- Maintain accurate records of all licenses and permits
- Assist in resolving any licensing-related issues or discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in licensing or legal compliance
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulatory and licensing requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation management systems
- Experience working with government agencies is preferred
