Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end implementation of life insurance products across digital and traditional channels
- Collaborate with actuarial, IT, and compliance teams to ensure product specifications meet regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain product documentation, workflows, and implementation roadmaps
- Conduct UAT and post-implementation monitoring to ensure system functionality aligns with product features
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify implementation optimization opportunities
- Train internal stakeholders on new product features and implementation processes
- Monitor KPIs and prepare implementation performance reports for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in insurance product implementation or product management
- Deep understanding of Indonesian insurance regulations (OJK guidelines)
- Proficiency with insurance core systems (e.g., Sapiens, Guidewire) and API integration
- Strong project management skills with experience in cross-functional team leadership
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
