We are currently seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests at our state-of-the-art pool and fitness facilities.
In this role, you will play a critical part in our operations by maintaining strict safety standards while delivering top-notch service. You will monitor the pool area, enforce safety protocols, and respond swiftly to any emergencies. Beyond safety, you will be the face of our recreational amenities, assisting guests with inquiries and ensuring their experience is relaxing and enjoyable. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor pool and fitness center areas to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
- Enforce safety rules, swimming regulations, and facility usage policies.
- Perform regular checks of water quality and pool maintenance equipment.
- Respond immediately to any medical emergencies or water rescues using proper techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to guests regarding facility amenities.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting atmosphere around the pool deck and changing areas.
- Administer basic First Aid and CPR if required by the situation.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Lifeguard Certification and CPR/First Aid certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or recreation sector.
- Excellent swimming skills and physical fitness.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
