- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets through strategic client acquisition
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and key accounts
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights
- Present product portfolios and solutions to potential clients across East Malaysia
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop region-specific sales strategies
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance analytics
- Represent Lustra Living at industry events and trade shows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail sales or business development
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of East Malaysia market dynamics
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
