We are seeking a highly skilled Lifting Supervisor to join China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia's dynamic construction team. As a key safety leader, you'll oversee all crane and lifting operations across our West Java projects, ensuring compliance with international safety standards and regulatory requirements. This critical role demands meticulous planning, rigorous equipment inspection, and proactive risk management to maintain incident-free work environments.
The ideal candidate will lead lifting crews through complex rigging scenarios while coordinating with engineering, logistics, and project management teams. You'll be responsible for developing lifting plans, conducting daily toolbox talks, and implementing corrective actions during audits. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, supervise, and execute all lifting operations ensuring compliance with ASME/ISO standards
- Conduct daily inspections of cranes, rigging equipment, and lifting gear
- Develop detailed lifting plans and risk assessments for complex scenarios
- Lead safety-focused toolbox talks and enforce PPE protocols
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective/preventive measures
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate lifting documentation and equipment certifications
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years experience as Lifting Supervisor in heavy construction
- Certified Crane/Lifting Operations Manager (CPCS/NVQ Level 6)
- Expert knowledge of ASME B30.5, ISO 4301, and local regulations
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Proficiency in lifting plan software and risk assessment methodologies
- Ability to read technical drawings and structural engineering documents
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
