We are seeking a highly skilled Lifting Supervisor to join our dynamic team at China State Construction Engineering Corporation in Cikarang. This critical role ensures the safe and efficient execution of all lifting operations across our construction projects. You will lead lifting teams, enforce rigorous safety protocols, and maintain compliance with international standards while optimizing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in heavy lifting operations, equipment inspection, and team leadership within the construction sector. Your expertise will directly contribute to project timelines, accident prevention, and the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure developments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all lifting operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Conduct daily inspections of cranes, rigging equipment, and lifting gear
- Develop and implement lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments
- Supervise and train lifting operators on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Coordinate with project teams to schedule lifting activities efficiently
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate documentation of lifting operations and equipment certifications
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as HSE Trainer or Lifting Supervisor in construction
- Certification in lifting operations (e.g., CPCS, LOLER, or equivalent)
- Deep knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging techniques, and safety standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills for team management
- Able to interpret technical drawings and lifting plans
- Problem-solving abilities for on-site operational challenges
- Physical fitness to work in demanding construction environments
