- Set up, program, and operate lighting consoles and control systems for diverse entertainment events
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot lighting fixtures, fog machines, and show control equipment
- Collaborate with event producers to translate creative concepts into technical lighting designs
- Conduct pre-event equipment checks and post-event maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for electrical systems and rigging operations
- Manage inventory of lighting equipment and coordinate load-in/load-out logistics
- Document technical setups and create cue sheets for seamless event execution
Kualifikasi
- 2+ years of professional experience in lighting technology for live events or entertainment
- Proficiency with industry-standard lighting consoles (ETC, GrandMA, MA2)
- Strong knowledge of LED, conventional, and automated lighting fixtures
- Certification in electrical safety or stage technology preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure
- Excellent spatial awareness and manual dexterity for rigging operations
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
