Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for travel account staff
- Conduct onboarding sessions and ongoing skill development workshops
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and feedback analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Design engaging training materials including manuals, presentations, and e-learning content
- Travel to client locations for specialized training and support
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards
- Mentor trainers and provide continuous improvement guidance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a corporate trainer with travel industry exposure
- Strong curriculum development and presentation skills
- Proficiency in adult learning methodologies and LMS platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to travel domestically as required
- Experience in performance measurement and training ROI analysis
- Certification in training or talent development preferred
