- Host and manage daily live streaming sessions on various social commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, TikTok, Instagram Live).
- Engage with viewers in real-time through chat, answering questions, building rapport, and encouraging purchases.
- Present products with enthusiasm, highlighting key features and benefits to drive sales and conversion.
- Maintain a professional yet energetic on-camera presence throughout the broadcast.
- Monitor live stream analytics and viewer feedback to adjust strategies and improve performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate product launches, promotions, and campaign schedules.
- Ensure technical setup (camera, lighting, audio) is optimized before and during streams.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience or a strong demonstrated interest in Live Commerce, E-commerce, or Social Media Marketing.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to multitask effectively while live streaming and managing chat interactions.
