Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging, high-energy live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Instagram.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to potential customers in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Actively interact with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and addressing feedback in real-time.
- Drive sales conversions and meet daily or weekly live-streaming performance targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to prepare product demonstrations and promotional scripts.
- Monitor current digital trends and incorporate them into live sessions to increase audience retention.
- Maintain a professional and positive brand image throughout every broadcast.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Live Host, Content Creator, or in a similar sales-driven role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, articulate, and friendly personality on camera.
- Ability to improvise and think quickly during live, unscripted environments.
- Familiarity with various e-commerce live streaming tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian (and English proficiency is a plus).
- Target-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for sales and marketing.
- Ability to work in a flexible shift schedule as required by live streaming demands.
