Tanggung Jawab
- Host live streaming sessions with energetic product presentations and demonstrations
- Engage audiences in real-time, answering questions and fostering interactive discussions
- Manage sales administration processes including order processing and customer documentation
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop live stream content strategies
- Monitor and analyze live performance metrics to optimize sales conversions
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new launches and promotions
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth broadcast quality
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in live streaming, hosting, or presenting roles preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in live streaming platforms and basic video production tools
- Sales administration experience or customer service background
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working flexible hours including evenings/weekends for broadcasts
