- Host and produce high-energy live streaming sessions to showcase products.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and managing comments to boost engagement.
- Drive sales targets and convert viewers into loyal customers through persuasive presentation.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explanations of technical features.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to plan promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.
- Ensure a professional and engaging brand image during all broadcasts.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in live selling, retail sales, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in front of a camera.
- Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, and peripherals is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or IT is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Internet-savvy and comfortable using live streaming platforms.
