Tanggung Jawab
- Host and manage live selling sessions on various social media platforms and e-commerce channels.
- Demonstrate products clearly and effectively to explain features, benefits, and usage.
- Engage with viewers in real-time, answer questions, and address customer concerns to build trust.
- Drive sales volume by persuading viewers to make purchases during the live stream.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content schedules and promotional events.
- Monitor live stream performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Maintain a professional and energetic persona that aligns with the Dermesse brand image.
Kualifikasi
- Strong experience in live selling, e-commerce, or retail sales is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada) and live streaming tools.
- Basic knowledge of product presentation and customer service best practices.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
