Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-energy live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Present and demonstrate products clearly to highlight features and benefits.
- Engage actively with viewers, answer product inquiries, and resolve concerns in real-time.
- Manage the live-selling environment, including product setup, lighting, and staging.
- Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed daily and monthly conversion targets.
- Monitor competitor trends and social media updates to stay relevant in the market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live stream content with ongoing promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a live streamer, host, influencer, or in a sales-driven retail role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to speak confidently and naturally on camera.
- Excellent command of Filipino and English; capable of communicating clearly and persuasively.
- Highly energetic, creative, and proactive in maintaining viewer engagement.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced, live-selling environments.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platform analytics.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on streaming schedules.
