- Conduct engaging live streaming sessions to demonstrate and sell our range of computer products and accessories.
- Interact with customers in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and building rapport.
- Drive sales and conversion rates by highlighting product features and promoting current promotions.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and charismatic persona on camera at all times.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare scripts, product highlights, and promotional materials.
- Manage incoming orders and inquiries during live sessions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in live selling, e-commerce sales, or online customer engagement.
- Strong communication skills with high confidence when speaking in front of a camera.
