Tanggung Jawab
- Host live streaming sessions on various platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, Instagram Live, Shopee Live).
- Engage with viewers in real-time, answering questions and building a loyal community.
- Present products and services enthusiastically, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Drive traffic and conversions by encouraging viewers to make purchases or follow the brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content and promotional strategies.
- Ensure high-quality audio and video production during broadcasts.
- Monitor stream performance and adjust engagement tactics accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in live streaming or hosting events is preferred.
- Excellent public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shifts.
- High energy, confidence, and a charismatic personality.
- Basic understanding of streaming software and equipment (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs).
- Strong sales and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends in digital marketing.
