As the face of our brand, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, engaging our digital community, and showcasing our innovative cosmetic product line through live shopping platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and more.
In this role, you will be more than just a presenter; you will be a brand ambassador who builds authentic relationships with our audience. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet, handle high-energy environments, and maintain a professional yet approachable presence on camera. If you have a natural flair for sales and a love for creating engaging social media content, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct live streaming sessions daily across various e-commerce platforms to promote cosmetic products.
- Demonstrate product application and highlight benefits to viewers in an engaging and persuasive manner.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales targets through effective storytelling and call-to-action techniques.
- Interact with viewers by answering product-related questions and responding to comments in real-time.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to prepare content scripts, promotional activities, and live event schedules.
- Monitor competitor live sessions to identify trends and improve overall stream performance.
- Maintain a high level of energy and professionalism throughout live broadcasts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a live host, content creator, or in sales/beauty retail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak confidently and fluently in front of a camera.
- Strong knowledge of current beauty and cosmetics trends.
- Experience with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or similar social commerce platforms is highly preferred.
- High level of creativity and the ability to improvise on-camera.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible with scheduling (including shifts).
- Based in or willing to work in Tangerang, Banten.
