PT Dbest Thanisa Grup is currently seeking an energetic, charismatic, and persuasive Live Stream Host to join our dynamic marketing and sales team in Jakarta Utara. As a Live Stream Host, you will be the face of our brand, interacting directly with our audience to showcase products, drive engagement, and boost sales through real-time streaming platforms.
We are looking for an individual who is comfortable in front of the camera, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a natural flair for entertaining and informing. If you are passionate about social media trends, live shopping, and achieving sales targets, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, or Instagram to showcase products.
- Actively engage with the audience, answer product-related questions, and handle comments in real-time.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits persuasively to increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to prepare scripts, content concepts, and promotional talking points.
- Analyze streaming performance and audience feedback to improve future engagement strategies.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional brand image throughout all broadcasts.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated with digital marketing trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in live streaming, content creation, or public speaking is a major plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently on camera.
- Energetic personality and ability to maintain enthusiasm during long streaming sessions.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends and live shopping dynamics.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evening shifts as required.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic digital content tools.
