In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with thousands of viewers in real-time, showcasing products, and driving sales through interactive live sessions on platforms like TikTok Shop.
We are looking for a natural communicator who can think on their feet, build authentic connections with an online audience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have a flair for storytelling, excellent sales instincts, and are comfortable in front of the camera, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging daily live streaming sessions to showcase and promote products.
- Interact with viewers in real-time to answer product inquiries, provide demonstrations, and build community.
- Execute sales-driving strategies during live broadcasts to meet or exceed daily conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to plan livestream themes and product highlights.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and positive persona throughout all broadcasts.
- Analyze live session performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and audience growth.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and livestreaming features to keep content fresh and relevant.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in live streaming, content creation, or sales promotion is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication and storytelling skills in Indonesian.
- High energy, confident personality, and comfortable appearing on camera.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate peak live streaming schedules.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms like TikTok Shop.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new trends.
