In this role, you will be the face of Panasonic during our live broadcast sessions, driving engagement and online sales for our latest range of electronic appliances.
You will be responsible for creating compelling live content, demonstrating product features, and providing real-time solutions to our customers' queries. The ideal candidate is comfortable in front of a camera, has an innate ability to influence purchasing decisions, and possesses a deep understanding of electronic products. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-energy live streaming sessions on various e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop).
- Demonstrate and explain complex electronic product specifications in a simple, engaging, and persuasive manner.
- Actively engage with viewers in the chat, answering questions and addressing concerns to boost conversion rates.
- Manage the live sales funnel, from product introduction to closing the sale through promotional tactics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live stream scripts with monthly promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly on-camera persona that reflects the Panasonic brand image.
- Analyze live stream performance data to improve future engagement and sales metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience as a live streamer, sales host, or content creator, preferably in the electronics sector.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to improvise and maintain high energy for extended periods.
- Excellent knowledge of consumer electronics and the ability to explain technical features clearly.
- Proficient in using live streaming software and social media/e-commerce broadcasting tools.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays based on peak shopping events.
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
