Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada to promote beauty products.
- Engage and interact with live viewers by answering questions, managing comments, and building a rapport in real-time.
- Perform live product demonstrations, highlighting key ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions effectively.
- Develop and execute creative sales pitches and promotional segments to drive immediate purchase behavior.
- Collaborate with the production and marketing teams to plan live stream themes, scripts, and visual setups.
- Monitor and analyze live stream performance metrics to optimize engagement and sales conversion rates.
- Stay updated on beauty industry trends and competitor live streaming tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging speaking voice.
- Proven confidence and a professional presence when appearing on camera.
- Strong persuasive skills with the ability to handle objections and close sales in a live environment.
- Previous experience in live streaming, hosting, brand advocacy, or retail sales is highly preferred.
- A deep interest in or professional knowledge of beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products.
- Ability to multitask, such as managing technical stream aspects while maintaining high energy levels.
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends, to maximize viewer reach.
