Hongyu International Trading is looking for an energetic Live Stream Shopping Host to join our growing team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with thousands of viewers to showcase products, demonstrate features, and drive live conversions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging live stream sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee Live, or Instagram.
- Demonstrate product features, answer audience questions in real-time, and manage product demonstrations effectively.
- Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout the broadcast to keep the audience engaged and entertained.
- Execute sales-driving scripts and implement call-to-action strategies to boost viewer interaction and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to plan daily content themes and promotion schedules.
- Monitor live metrics and viewer feedback to adapt presentation styles for better audience retention.
- Maintain a professional, well-organized, and aesthetic live-streaming environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates with strong confidence are welcome to apply.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, persuasively, and with high energy.
- Natural charisma and comfort in front of the camera with an engaging personality.
- Exceptional skills in improvisation and thinking on your feet during live, unscripted segments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a target-oriented mindset.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and live-streaming platform tools.
- Able to work on flexible shifts to accommodate peak shopping hours.
