Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive live streaming strategies to boost brand awareness and drive direct sales on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram.
- Lead and mentor a team of live streamers, hosts, and production crew to ensure high-quality, professional broadcasts.
- Manage the end-to-end production process, including content planning, scriptwriting, technical setup, and lighting.
- Monitor and analyze real-time streaming metrics (viewership, engagement, conversion rates) to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align live campaigns with broader digital marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with platform guidelines across all digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital media trends and live commerce technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on live streaming or video content production.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian live commerce landscape, particularly on platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a cross-functional team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead live segments when necessary.
- Proficiency in video editing software and broadcasting tools (e.g., OBS, StreamYard, or similar).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize performance based on KPI tracking.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
