Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging daily live streaming sessions on various e-commerce and social media platforms.
- Demonstrate product knowledge effectively to educate customers and answer viewer questions in real-time.
- Create high-energy, persuasive content to drive conversion rates and meet monthly sales targets.
- Manage session planning, including set preparation, product arrangement, and script outlines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaigns and promotional activities.
- Analyze live streaming metrics to optimize future performance and engagement levels.
- Maintain a professional yet approachable brand image during every broadcast.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; background in communications or performing arts is a plus.
- Proven experience as a live streamer, content creator, or in retail sales (beauty industry experience is highly preferred).
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- A vibrant, confident, and outgoing personality with a passion for beauty and skincare.
- Familiarity with social media trends, TikTok Live features, and e-commerce shopping tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting product lineups.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Jakarta Barat.
