Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and others.
- Present and demonstrate products effectively to influence purchasing decisions.
- Interact with viewers in real-time by answering questions and building brand engagement.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through strategic product promotion.
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan content themes and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze streaming performance metrics to optimize future broadcasts.
- Maintain a professional yet enthusiastic on-air personality to enhance viewer retention.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates; prior experience as a Live Stream Host in e-commerce is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to speak fluently and persuasively in front of a camera.
- High energy, cheerful personality, and comfortable with public speaking.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts based on peak traffic times.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.) and social media trends.
- Resilient under pressure with a results-oriented mindset.
- Located in or willing to commute to the Kalideres, Jakarta Raya area.
