In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with our community, showcasing our latest bag collections, and driving sales through live interactive sessions on platforms like TikTok, Shopee Live, and Instagram.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-energy live streaming sessions on various e-commerce and social media platforms.
- Demonstrate and showcase product features, materials, and styling tips for our bag collections.
- Actively engage with the audience, answering questions and building rapport to drive customer loyalty.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through persuasive selling techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan engaging content and promotions for live sessions.
- Monitor competitor trends and suggest creative ideas to improve viewership and conversion rates.
- Maintain a professional, upbeat, and authentic persona that aligns with the Nionbagshop brand identity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Confidence in front of a camera and excellent public speaking skills.
- Highly energetic, creative, and comfortable with improvisation.
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Instagram Live).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interest in fashion, trends, and accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by live stream schedules.
