You will play a pivotal role in our e-commerce success by creating high-energy, interactive sessions that showcase our products in the best light. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-energy live streaming sessions on various platforms to promote products and drive sales.
- Engage actively with the audience by answering questions, responding to comments, and addressing feedback in real-time.
- Develop creative scripts and presentation hooks to keep viewers entertained and informed throughout the session.
- Monitor and analyze live metrics to adjust presentation strategies for better performance and higher conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align live content with ongoing promotional campaigns.
- Participate in pre-live briefings to understand product features, USPs, and current inventory stocks.
- Maintain a professional yet approachable persona that reflects the brand identity of Prima Inovasindo Sukses.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Live Host, content creator, or presenter for e-commerce or social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills in Bahasa Indonesia (fluency in English is a plus).
- Strong improvisational skills with the ability to handle unexpected situations gracefully on air.
- Energetic, confident, and comfortable in front of a camera and studio lighting.
- Good understanding of digital marketing trends and consumer behavior on platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or Instagram.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required by the live streaming schedule.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales KPIs.
