Are you an energetic communicator with a passion for retail and digital storytelling? Hero Retail Nusantara is looking for a dynamic Live Streaming Host to join our growing e-commerce team in Jakarta Barat. As the face of our supermarket brands, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our products and our online community.
In this role, you will lead engaging live sessions, demonstrate product value, and drive sales through interactive storytelling. If you are comfortable on camera, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love creating content that converts, we want to meet you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Host daily live streaming sessions on platforms like Shopee Live, TikTok Shop, or Tokopedia Play to promote supermarket products.
- Develop creative scripts and talking points to ensure high engagement and viewer retention.
- Actively demonstrate product features, usage, and benefits to potential customers in real-time.
- Respond to viewer comments and questions promptly to build rapport and trust.
- Analyze sales performance and engagement metrics to optimize future live session strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal sales events.
- Maintain a professional and high-energy environment during all broadcasts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Live Host, Content Creator, or in Sales/Promotion roles is highly preferred.
- Confident, articulate, and able to engage with an online audience effortlessly.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and live-commerce dynamics.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, high-energy personality.
- Proficiency in basic video production or editing tools is a plus.
