In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with our audience to showcase products, drive sales, and build a vibrant online community.
We are looking for a creative individual who thrives in front of the camera and possesses the ability to think on their feet. You will lead live shopping sessions, demonstrating product features, answering customer queries in real-time, and maintaining a high level of energy to maximize viewer retention and conversion rates. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional and engaging live streaming sessions on various platforms to promote products.
- Present and demonstrate products clearly to highlight key features and benefits for viewers.
- Interact proactively with the audience by answering questions, acknowledging comments, and building rapport.
- Coordinate with the production and marketing teams to prepare content scripts and promotional strategies.
- Monitor and analyze real-time live streaming metrics to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Participate in pre-live briefings to ensure deep product knowledge and alignment with brand voice.
- Maintain a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, and audience focus throughout the entire live session.
- Support the growth of brand awareness by consistently delivering high-quality, entertaining content.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a live streamer, presenter, content creator, or in a retail sales environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong stage presence and comfort with being in front of a camera for extended periods.
- Ability to multitask and handle live interactions with patience and professionalism.
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms (TikTok, Shopee Live, etc.) and basic digital marketing trends.
- Resilient, creative, and highly adaptable to fast-paced working environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required by the live streaming schedule.
