Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or Tokopedia Play to promote company products.
- Develop creative scripts and talking points to keep the audience engaged throughout the broadcast.
- Actively respond to viewer questions, comments, and interactions in real-time to build community trust.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to drive sales conversions and meet targets.
- Analyze streaming performance metrics to improve future session engagement and sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to plan campaign schedules and promotional themes.
- Maintain a high level of energy and professionalism during every live broadcast.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Confident, extroverted, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera for extended periods.
- Proven experience in live streaming, content creation, or public speaking is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and social media platform algorithms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing trends.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willing to work on a shift-based schedule, including weekends if required.
