Are you a natural in front of the camera with a passion for beauty and skincare? The Numa Skin is looking for an energetic, charismatic, and persuasive Live Streaming Host to represent our brand across our official online channels. In this role, you will be the face of our skincare products, engaging directly with our community, showcasing product benefits, and driving sales through interactive live sessions.
We are seeking someone who is comfortable speaking to large audiences, has a deep interest in the beauty industry, and can maintain high energy throughout broadcasts. If you are creative, tech-savvy, and love interacting with followers, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram.
- Demonstrate product application and explain skincare benefits to the audience effectively.
- Answer customer inquiries in real-time regarding products, promotions, and skin concerns.
- Execute creative content strategies to increase viewership and engagement during live events.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets through persuasive storytelling and product education.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare scripts and promotional calendars.
- Monitor competitor trends and adapt presentation styles to stay relevant in the beauty market.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; candidates with a background in Communication or Broadcasting are preferred.
- Confident, articulate, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
- Passionate about the skincare and beauty industry with a willingness to learn product knowledge.
- Possess a vibrant, energetic personality with the ability to maintain high engagement levels.
- Tech-savvy with experience using live streaming platforms and basic mobile editing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic scheduling.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Located in or willing to work in Malang, East Java.
