- Manage the entire live streaming workflow, including technical setup, execution, and post-event breakdown.
- Assist hosts and presenters during live broadcasts to ensure smooth delivery and adherence to the script.
- Maintain and troubleshoot technical equipment to minimize downtime and ensure high-quality audio and video.
- Monitor live stream quality in real-time and resolve technical issues immediately.
- Analyze live performance metrics and audience engagement data to provide actionable insights for future improvements.
- Engage with the chat and comments section to foster community interaction during the stream.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align live content with broader campaign goals.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in live streaming, broadcasting, or digital content creation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
