In this role, you will be at the forefront of our digital content strategy, developing innovative live streaming concepts that captivate our audience and drive engagement. You will work closely with a dynamic team to produce high-quality broadcasts, manage technical setups, and ensure every live session is a success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute live streaming schedules and events.
- Manage technical setup, including cameras, lighting, and streaming software (OBS, vMix, etc.).
- Engage with viewers in real-time, managing comments and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop scripts, visual concepts, and on-air scripts.
- Monitor live stream quality, audio, and video to troubleshoot issues immediately.
- Post-production tasks including editing highlights and repurposing content for social media.
- Analyze stream analytics to optimize content strategy and viewer retention.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in live streaming, hosting, or video production is preferred.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to think on your feet during broadcasts.
- Familiarity with streaming hardware (cameras, microphones) and software platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team under tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
