- Coordinate and execute live streaming events from pre-production to post-broadcast analysis
- Manage real-time Mandarin audience interactions during broadcasts
- Oversee technical setup, including audio/video equipment and streaming software

- Monitor performance metrics and implement optimization strategies
- Troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts

Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in livestream coordination or digital media production
- Technical proficiency with streaming platforms (e.g., OBS, Twitch, YouTube Live)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure during live broadcasts
- Basic understanding of video editing and graphic design software
- Experience working in multicultural media environments preferred
