In this role, you will be the face of our brand, showcasing the latest fashion trends, styling outfits, and driving sales through interactive live sessions.
We are seeking a talented communicator who can think on their feet, build genuine rapport with viewers, and create an exciting shopping experience in real-time. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-energy livestream sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee Live, or Instagram.
- Showcase fashion collections, demonstrate styling tips, and answer audience inquiries in real-time.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and persuasive information to potential buyers.
- Drive sales conversions by creating urgency and engagement during live broadcasts.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to plan and execute thematic live shows.
- Monitor and analyze livestream performance metrics to continuously improve engagement and sales outcomes.
- Ensure a professional and polished appearance consistent with the brand's aesthetic.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a livestream host, social media influencer, or in sales/broadcast roles.
- Strong interest and knowledge in fashion, trends, and styling.
- Excellent communication skills with a vibrant, energetic, and confident on-camera presence.
- Ability to multitask, manage chat interactions, and handle viewer feedback professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
