Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate daily livestream schedules and host lineups to ensure seamless broadcasting.
- Oversee technical setups, including camera angles, lighting, sound, and software configurations.
- Operate studio equipment and handle on-site technical troubleshooting in real-time.
- Monitor live stream analytics and viewer engagement metrics to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content strategies with business goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment for high-quality production.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, livestreaming, or media production.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to operate complex audiovisual equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional presence on camera.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree in Media or Marketing is a plus.
