PT Rama Digital Teknologi Nusantara is seeking an experienced Livestream Operator Supervisor to oversee our growing streaming operations in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our live content strategy, ensuring every broadcast is executed flawlessly, meets high engagement standards, and hits our key performance indicators.
You will lead a team of talented operators, manage technical workflows, and foster a high-energy environment that drives conversion. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Livestream Operators to ensure high-quality broadcast delivery.
- Manage end-to-end livestream scheduling, technical setup, and studio preparation.
- Monitor live metrics in real-time, providing actionable feedback to hosts and production crew to maximize viewer retention and conversion.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain high standards of professional content presentation.
- Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to align livestream content with promotional campaigns and inventory goals.
- Generate and analyze post-live performance reports to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Troubleshoot technical issues immediately during live sessions to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in live streaming operations, production, or social media management.
- Proven leadership experience managing a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- In-depth knowledge of current livestreaming platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.) and best practices for e-commerce engagement.
- Strong understanding of video production hardware, lighting, and broadcasting software (e.g., OBS).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into operational strategy.
- Resilient under pressure with an ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks during live events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Indonesian and English.
