Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support to LMS users, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and testing of new LMS features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with the development team on minor LMS customizations and enhancements.
- Support the creation and updating of user guides, FAQs, and other LMS documentation.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure the stability and performance of the LMS.
- Help monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in data management and reporting related to LMS usage and user activity.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) concepts and e-learning platforms.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proactive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required for effective communication.
