Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for LMW-related raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure full compliance with Customs regulations and LMW license requirements at all times.
- Prepare and process import and export documentation, including K1, K2, and K9 customs forms.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Perform regular stock audits and reconcile data to meet Royal Malaysian Customs Department standards.
- Support the preparation of reports for annual LMW compliance reviews and audits.
- Troubleshoot any customs or shipment discrepancies promptly to prevent operational delays.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in LMW operations, import/export, or logistics coordination.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Customs procedures and trade compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) is essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially when dealing with documentation.
