Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all CPO loading operations at the Dumai facility
- Lead loading teams to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Operate and maintain modern loading equipment including pumps, meters, and control systems
- Monitor loading processes to optimize efficiency and minimize product loss
- Prepare and maintain accurate loading documentation and reports
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and quality control departments
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for loading operations
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in bulk liquid loading operations or logistics
- Technical knowledge of palm oil handling procedures and equipment
- Certification in industrial safety management (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in operating automated loading systems
- Problem-solving skills for operational troubleshooting
- Ability to work in shift-based environment
- High school diploma or equivalent technical qualification
