Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze loan applications to determine creditworthiness and assess financial risk.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive loan files and supporting documentation.
- Perform detailed financial statement analysis and ratio calculations.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding loan status and requirements.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the company’s loan management database.
- Identify potential red flags in borrower profiles and recommend appropriate actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in loan analysis, underwriting, or banking operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Deep understanding of banking regulations, credit risk assessment, and compliance procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
