We are currently looking for a proactive and meticulous Loan Analyst to strengthen our team in Ortigas, Metro Manila. This position operates on a night-shift schedule, allowing for seamless collaboration with our international partners. The Role:
In this capacity, you will serve as a vital link in the loan lifecycle. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously review and analyze loan applications and supporting financial documents, ensuring strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards. You will act as the key point of contact for loan officers, borrowers, and title companies, facilitating clear communication and swift resolution of any documentation issues. This role demands a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. By ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step, you will directly contribute to the operational efficiency and success of our lending operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Review and validate incoming loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy of submitted documentation.
- Analyze financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, and bank statements to assess borrower income, assets, and liabilities.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in loan files, initiating conditions and clearing stipulations prior to closing.
- Enter and maintain precise loan data in the company's Loan Origination System (LOS) and CRM.
- Collaborate closely with Underwriters, Processors, and Loan Officers to facilitate a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage a pipeline of loans, prioritizing tasks to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and closing deadlines.
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on pipeline activity, aging, and department KPIs.
- Ensure all actions are fully compliant with company policies, investor requirements, and applicable lending regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a loan processing, loan analyst, or mortgage assistant role.
- Solid understanding of the loan origination process and various loan products (e.g., Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo).
- Keen attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and document review.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with Encompass or Calyx is preferred.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a night-shift setup.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is highly advantageous.
