Tanggung Jawab
- Review and analyze loan applications for completeness and accuracy in accordance with bank policies.
- Perform comprehensive credit risk assessments and prepare detailed credit reports for management review.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to gather necessary financial documentation and collateral requirements.
- Monitor and manage the status of active loan pipelines to ensure timely processing and approval.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant banking laws, BSP regulations, and internal audit requirements.
- Prepare loan documentation, legal contracts, and security agreements for final approval and signing.
- Provide regular updates and reports to supervisors regarding loan portfolio performance and processing metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in credit processing, loan operations, or financial analysis preferred.
- Strong knowledge of credit evaluation principles and financial statement analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and internal banking software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial terms clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Understanding of Civil Service regulations and banking compliance standards is an advantage.
