Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct property inspections and market analysis for accurate tax valuation
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive property assessment records
- Implement assessment revisions based on property improvements or market changes
- Ensure compliance with Local Government Code and BIR assessment guidelines
- Respond to taxpayer inquiries regarding assessment procedures and valuations
- Collaborate with Treasury Office for seamless tax collection processes
- Generate assessment reports for municipal planning and budgeting purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- At least 1 year of property assessment or taxation experience
- Valid Civil Service eligibility (Professional/Sub-Professional level)
- Knowledge of R.A. 7160 (Local Government Code) assessment provisions
- Proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Residency in Peñablanca, Cagayan preferred
- Integrity and commitment to public service ethics
