Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and supervise the daily operations of the local assessment unit.
- Conduct thorough technical reviews and audits of local assessment reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Provide expert guidance to junior staff on complex assessment methodologies and provincial policies.
- Analyze local revenue data and trends to provide actionable insights for provincial leadership.
- Maintain clear documentation and records of assessment activities in accordance with Civil Service Commission guidelines.
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to resolve assessment-related disputes or complex inquiries.
- Assist in the implementation of new digital systems and workflows to enhance operational productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Relevant Civil Service Professional Eligibility (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in local assessment operations or public sector administrative roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and government information management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
