Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement municipal disaster risk reduction and management plans aligned with national frameworks
- Coordinate inter-agency disaster preparedness activities and emergency response drills
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk mapping for barangays
- Manage disaster response operations during emergencies and post-disaster recovery
- Train community volunteers and local responders on disaster protocols
- Monitor weather alerts and disseminate timely warnings to stakeholders
- Prepare and submit disaster management reports to higher authorities
- Secure and manage disaster response resources and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Disaster Management, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in disaster risk reduction or emergency management
- Certification in Incident Command System (ICS) or disaster management
- Strong knowledge of Philippine disaster laws and frameworks (RA 10121)
- Proficiency in GIS mapping and risk assessment tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure during emergency situations
- Must be a resident of Bicol Region or willing to relocate
